1. Programming
A) Create a map program similar to the one found on Cityfruit.org (we have connections who can help with this code).
B) iPhone/iPad app: total freedom to think of something that could be beneficial (garden guide for kids? would like to see this be an app schools can download for kids and be used in class -- the actual content of that can be written by other volunteers). Perhaps partner w/ Solid Ground on this. Idea: Planting guide w/ information on veggies. Need individual(s) who can program app as well as individuals who can provide the information for the app.
2. Translator
A) to translate materials (website, newsletter, flyers, etc.). Be present at certain events. Needed: Vietnamese
3. Film & Direct a Kickstarter Video
A) film & edit a a short 4 or 5 minute video to be launched on Kickstarter for a fundraiser. Ongoing video as needed, if interested. Kickstarter video will be about us and our work. Similar video to the one shot by GOOD magazine, but more in depth and featuring more Alleycats -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oga0xDXQ3I
As Alleycats continues to grow, we will be looking for more help from our volunteers and the community around us to help us expand into avenues aside from the awesome food producing we are currently working on.
