If you rode with us last year, you'll remember that registration was a mere $10. Due to the costs that we piled up to throw this, we decided to increase it slightly. If you register before December 15th, registration is only a mere $5 more.
What does my registration costs cover?
We try hard to work with local businesses to reduce our overhead cost. Last year, many amazing sponsors stepped up to the plate and helped us drastically, providing discounted goods or in-kind donations to support the ride.
Your registration cost covers all costs associated with throwing the ride. An idea of what we have to pay for: permits for each city we ride through + any park we stop in; t-shirts + printing costs; food; and route marking materials. We're sure we're missing a bunch of costs, but those are the main ones that add up!
As an organization we strive to make everything we do accessible to all individuals, regardless of economic status. Should this years price be problematic, please let us know and we can work something out.
