this year, we welcomed one of the newest additions to our friends: hundreds and hundreds of honey bees, thanks to our pal bob with urban bee company.
why bees? well, simply put bees + farming go hand in hand: pollination. crops. honey. bee's are one of the many lifelines of agriculture and their hard work often goes unnoticed.
but what hasn't gone unnoticed is the drastic decline in their population over the past couple of years. perhaps you're familiar with colony collapse disorder and have read about it?
